Holiday Return Policy

Defective Items: TSC will replace or repair any defective item with the same or similar item as long as it is by January 31st, 2010.

Exchanges: Items returned for exchange must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags in tact & be returned January 10th 2010. Please include a copy of the invoice & a completed return authorization form. For all international orders please include a check to cover return shipping charges.

Refunds: Items returned for refund must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags in tact & be returned by January 10th 2010. Please include a copy of the original invoice & a completed return authorization form.

All orders and sales over $75 will receive a 10% discount. This includes all online orders, phone orders and customers shopping at our retail store in Portland.

Our Preferred Customers receive these discounts plus their additional 10%.
